Maintain listings on multiple platforms. All communications handled directly with guests and vendors.
Schedule guests with their check-in and departures. Scheduling any vendors and any services that may be needed.
We maintain strong relationships with reputable local vendors to secure you with preferred pricing on high-quality services such as detailed cleaning, reliable maintenance, professional landscaping, and pool care. We are committed to helping you maintain elevated standards while reducing operating costs.
Perform MONTHLY home maintenance checks to include, but not limited to, picking up mail, checking toilets and drains for proper function, adjusting locks and doors as needed, etc. Visually inspecting and operating the basic functions of the residence to ensure adequate performance. A $50 monthly service fee covers weekly placement and retrieval of garbage bins from the curb, as well as cleaning and sanitation to maintain hygiene and prevent pest issues.
Provide a MONTHLY expense report to owners to include but not limited to: basic toiletries, household supplies, vendor services, any and all additional expenditures as needed.
Provide cleaning services, utilizing a checklist specifically prepared for each property.
A $100 minimum monthly charge will be imposed for any month the property owner reserves occupancy for more than 10 days.

Pool, lawn care, and pest control services will be maintained by AFVR at NO ADDITIONAL COSTS to owners. Any additional services will be contracted utilizing AFVR's discounted vender program.

Under this plan, all repairs will be provided at the owner's expense, utilizing AF Vacation Rentals & Management LLC's choice of vendors and/or the CAM's choice of approved Condo Vendors. A $50 monthly fee is applied.
