Maintain Listing on Airbnb.com, MLS and Zillow Rentals (monthly only) as the host.
Assist in scheduling guests with check-in and departures
Meet with vendors for deliveries and repairs (as needed)
Provide an expense report monthly to the owner for reimbursement of supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.
Provide cleaning services, utilizing a checklist specifically prepared for each property, at the customer's expense.
Under this plan, property owners will choose the vendors for services and repairs at their own expense. A $100 minimum monthly charge will be imposed for any month the property owner reserves occupancy for more than 14 days. 10% of Gross Monthly Income

Maintain pool, lawn care and pest control, at no additional cost to the owner.
Perform weekly home maintenance checks to include, but not limited to, putting out and bringing in trash cans, picking up mail, checking toilet and drains for proper function, adjusting locks and doors as needed, etc. Visually inspecting and operating the basic functions of the residence to ensure adequate performance.
Provide an expense report monthly to the owner for reimbursement of supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.
